Jan 23: Five days into their attempt to row the Atlantic in a record-breaking time of under 30 days, GBRow 2013 skipper Leven Brown and his eight-man crew have completed 500 miles since leaving Gran Canaria. Follow their progress on www.oceanrowing.com/Avalon
